Tai Chi


   A form of gentle exercise created from the traditional Chinese martial arts. This is also known as “Soft Martial Art”.

 

   It is a sequence of slow and gentle movements  which helps with the focusing of the body and mind to bring about mental calmness. There are many forms / styles being widely practiced by people of varied abilities and ages.

 

   Dorothy Ng has been a Chinese Tai Chi practitioner for over 25 years. She has also trained as a teacher in Physical Education in Hong Kong. University of London & Beijing Sports University, China.
